co-workerやcoworkerは、同じ会社で上下関係に問わず自分と同じ職場で働いている人を指す。colleagueは、同じ会社で同じようなレベルや地位で一緒に働く人を指す。同じ会社の人にはcolleagueやco-workerを、社外の人にはbusiness associateやwork associateを使う。 上司（superior）、部下（subordinate）
